New to this site and looking forward to building my first long range big bore. I have a .416 Remington that I am looking at for a rebarrel job and I am thinking of something in the .338 calibergun).Any suggestions Gents? Thanks for the input.

Welcome to LongRangeHunting. You could go with something along the lines of the 338 Lapua on up to the 338 AM. Check with Kirby Allen at APS and he can give you any information you might need on your build and his work is the best.
