Just getting back into shooting after a 20 year lay off. I put all my guns away after I retired from US Army. So, I am slowly gathering new rifles and handguns. Current focus is on rim fire to relearn shooting techniques, firearms handling, and safety.
I need some help finding varmint hunting around the Tennessee Valley and region. Maybe as far west as Mephis, east to Atlanta, North to Clarksville, and south the Gulf.
I am also intrigued with feral hog hunting and am looking at the Savage Hog Hunter in .308.
Very interesting website and interested in getting some skills back in woodcraft, shooting, and high testerterone sports.
