hello my name is derek im new to this site and to the world of hunting with a rifle im from indiana where you have to use a shotgun for deer and got my first rifle last year when i was drawn here in arizona for white tail (savage stevens model 200 .308) i got my couse white tail at 310 yards with a 150 grain power point by winchester and was wanting to get some input on if that would also be good enough for elk since i put in this year and wanna get my rifle sighted in just in case i get drawn
