Yes this is full Hawkhill build. Best of my memory 9 twist on the barrel.

Yes dry weight of approx 14lbs. Currently with a 5-25 F1 full mag, bipod etc approx 16.5-17lbs.

Also have a set of Reddin 80594 dies I'll throw in on the deal.
