Handloading for Multiple Muzzle Devices

I plan on developing loads for a 300 Win Mag which will wear different muzzle devices depending on the situation.

1. Barrel with thread protector
2. Suppressor
3. Muzzle brake

What are the best practices for developing a load to be used in all three scenarios? Do I need to build 3 separate loads? I will be building the loads off of the Hornady 208 AMAX and H1000 assuming my rifle likes this combo.
