I am the only owner of the rifle. I have all original paper work. Rifle was broke in per H S Precision specs. Less than 50 rounds down the tube. There is no muzzle brake. Rifle well maintained and is in mint condition. Asking 2200. No scope. I do have the Leupold dual dovetail base and rings it came with.
