Not sur where in Arizona you are but Bruno Shooters Supply in Phoenix shows to 1lbs just not 8lb.

Was at Bruno's yesterday, 8lb H1000 in stock. On Central Ave just south of Deer Valley Rd. Open till noon on Saturdays. Great place for shooters and their prices are reasonable. Retumbo is the only Hodgdon powder they are out of.
