We had to put up a yard fence because I was worried about coyotes, foxes, bobcat, and mountain lion too. No mountain lion sightings in 10 years but was a black bear in the neighborhood a few years ago. Miniature dachshund survived a tussle with coyote. This 3x3 deer might have gored my dog if not for the fence.

Last several years... where abouts are ya?

The trees and fence make me think a little more easterly, but I've got a little river bottom spot in Blanco that looks just like it.
