Graf’s requires photo ID to order?

Hoping some of you can help me out, I placed an order with Graf's this morning for some reloading supplies and they emailed me saying they require a copy of my photo ID since I'm a first time buyer. Is this standard process with them?? I have never had to provide my ID with any other distributor before.

Call them and verify why? You surely don't want to send someone your information and get scammed.

definitely call grafs never heard of that. way too many scammers out there to take any chances.

Properly tired of scammers. Too many people out there buying stuff online and trying to scam saying they didn't buy it

May I suggest, Call them back Remove some of the items, get it down to $300 then web order the remainder of your stuff.

I posted my ID with them years ago when I bought from them and haven't hadn't any issues with them. I'm getting ready to order some 100gr CX bullets from them today. They have been legit with everything I've ordered from them for more than 5 years.

I've ordered a lot from Grafs I've the years, like 20 years. As an Illinois resident they have had a copy of my DL and FOID. I've never had a problem.
