going big .375 cheytac!

Well getting all components lined out for a .375 cheytac. Rifle will be assembled by Matt Cockrell of MC Gunsmithing. Here will be the specs.

Lilja 30" 1:10 fluted barrel
Custom fish gill brake maid by Matt
Stiller tac408 repeater action
xlr evolution chassi with 310 magazine.

Planning on launching 350 SMK around 3100+.

Any insight from the pro's im all ears! Im wanting a 15 lbs stick scoped out. Getting the action lined out is the only trouble im running in to right now.

Well for starters do a 1/9 twist for long monos
The 350gr has no real advantage over the .338 version but the 375gr plus monos sure do. I abandoned the 350 and run the 375gr or 400gr monos now. Never hurts to have enough twist.

Also check out Pierce engineering they have a Chevy tac action I do not have one because I got mine before they built them but the actions I do ha e from them are my favorite
