I use a 450T when Elk hunting in Colorado. No need for the topo here in the flatlands but found it to be a very nice feature in the mountains

Yeah you made a good choice, the 450T has everything that the 550T has but the camera. Now you need a $99. chip for the state your hunting in. and it will tell you blm land and land owners name of private land. That way you won't get on the wrong land while your hunting.

I have both the 450t and 550t loaded with hunting maps. They are both great and really who cares about the camera. A cell phone has a higher resolution camera then the 550t......
