G7 BR2 Diopter question

Does everyone else with the g7 seem like the diopter is way negative compared to all there other optics. My G7 is way negative, almost out of adjustment. None of my other rangefinders are that way. I have also heard people say that the glass is amazing, comparable to swarovski. I have had the swarovski and now own the g7 and i can say it is nowhere near as good as the swaro laser guide. Im thinking i might have got a bad unit.

I had to barely adjust the focus on my unit. I tested it next to my swaro laser guide, and the glass on the g7 is really good and bright. It is not as clear at the edges as the swaro.
