Winchester Model 70 300 win Mag. 26 inch barrel, no sights. 2 pc Leupold base set. Push feed. Purchased this rifle on A C Forums a while back as new, never fired it. Lived in the gun locker. Looks almost new but it has been fired. 425.00 shipped to your FFL Holder.

What year was it made?? Is it a push feed? Where was it manufactured?

It is a push feed. Made in New Haven. Serial numbers that show up stop at 1998 and the number is way beyond that date number. So it has to be much newer than 1998. At the rate of progression of serial numbers from what I could find I would say it's about 2005 or somewhere close to that.
