    FS, Looking to sell this beast. not your typical LR hunting rig.
    But it is just taking up room in the safe,and no place to stretch out its legs.
    Switch barrel: 416B and 458-416 IMP.
    Specs:
    Bat single shot 50bmg action
    Custom ordered McMillan BigMac stock.solid filled from the recoil lug back.
    Jewell bechrest trigger
    PacNor 416 SuperMatch stainless fluted 31" w/custom brake
    PacNor .458-416 IMP SuperMatch stainless 31" w/custom brake
    Black Ceracoat finnish on all parts.
    Comes with,
    Bat Action wrench
    Extra bolt with 408 Cheytac bolt face.

    Just curious the 458 imp does it close to 460 styer in velocities ?

    Also not many bullets for that type of gun, what have you shot out of it?

    Started on this wildcats a about 4 years ago and i haven't had a chance to switch barrels to do any testing.
    The plan was by increasing the shoulder angle to 35 degrees, i would be able to nearly match the Steyr case capacity with the commercially available 416 Barret brass, thus eliminating the high cost and availability of the Steyr cases.
    If it doesn't go here i'm goig to go ahead and start doing some preliminary testing this summer.
    Here is pic of the three cartridges.
    The 416 has a 24 degree shoulder angle.

    what bullet are you shooting? What velocity? What types of groups are you shooting?

    The barrel has only break in rounds through it.haven't had the time to chrono or develop any loads.
    Bullets: Hornady 450gr AMP match.
