Open up the bolt face, rework the extractor (or just buy a new one from Williams), shorten the ejector, replace the follower and mag box with replacements from Williams (or FN). The mag box and follower may or may not need to be changed, but there is an 1/8th inch spacer in the back of the 308 action mag box, and that is what I was told by a factory rep at FN. I'm reworking one of those actions for a 300WSM soon and that is what I was told and planned on doing.
