First morning out went well!

I went out Wednesday morning for some quail hunting. I don't use a dog as I don't have one. I just look for them, get them up and then watch where they land. After that I just go to that area and search every little piece of brush and shoot them when they get up. I was done in about 2 hours. Was a lot of fun. I would have been done sooner but I sucked on the shooting at first. I went 4 birds in about 20 shots on the first 4 birds! After that I calmed down and went 11 birds in 15 shots.

You are dang right it is! That was my first shotgun. I was 8 years old when I got it. I bought a benelli semi-auto but decided to sell it because the ol'cheap mossberg just felt better to me. It has knocked down a lot of dove and quail.
