Favorite 300 RUM load?

I am close to being ready to work up a 1000 yard 300 RUM load. I am currently leaning towards Retumbo powder, Berger 210 gr hunting VLDs, Remington brass and CCI LR Magnum primers. Hoping to find a load that will group around 3100 fps muzzle velocity.

What is everyone else shooting?

My loads are copper or target...

All brass is neck turned to .015, just a clean up even the Norma/Nosler.

Target: Norma brass, H1000 86.5, Berger 210 VLD, +.010 into lands, CCI 250
Rem 700: R-P brass, Retumbo 95.3, TTSX 180, 3.615", CCI 250
Christenson Arms: R-P brass, IMR7828 91.3 (don't do it), TTSX 180, 3.615", CCI 250. This is the load given to us by Christensen's loading company.
Hall E: R-P brass, Retumbo 93.5, LRX 200, 3.850", Winchester LRM

Only difference is that I use CCI 250 primers and I get 3200 fps.

The Berger 230 hybrids seem popular. How do they perform on big game? I like the Nosler Accubond performance, but with my 300 win mag the bullets in the magazine get the tips flattened when the rifle is fired.

Just took an elk in Sep with this bullet. One shot at 1020 yards. Dropped in his tracks.

i use 90 grains of h1000 under a 210 gr hunting vld at mag length
1/2 minute all the way to 1500 yards
5.5x22 nf
at 500 yards i have personally shot a group measuring .993 with 3 shots
