Enclosed Forend Savage Chassis

Is the MDT TAC21 the only chassis system that has an enclosed forend for a Savage s/a? I'd like an extended picatinny rail to run the full length of the forend (15" ish). Is there another option out there that I'm missing?

Best **** gun has an option that uses ar-15 handguards. I'm not sure its better in any ways, but its an option.
