Don't use a bushing die to size brass before neck turning??

Factory a-bolt...fired neck size is .310, loaded factory nosler round is .305, which would give wall thickness of .014.

I sized to .303 and overworking the brass is certainly a concern. I am looking at buying a bench source annealing machine, but $500 is not cheap.

I have a custom 30-06 on order and hopefully will be here in a month or so. At that point I think reloading will offer more to me...things can only get so good with a factory a-bolt.
