Ground elk maple pork sausage mix, gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, chopped pecan, sriracha sauce wrapped in collard green then steamed. Interesting - MNMNM!

Mom use to make something like that. Ground pork and rice wrapped it cabbage, cooked well (steamed some how) and served with rice. Called it "Pigs in the Blanket"
