I realize X brand vs Y brand is a bit cliche so Im just gonna throw my options with MY price up here and you tell me what you pick. The Leupolds are around $200 under retail (I know a guy). Both guns will be used for long range hole punchers and animal killers.

Thanks for the input. If there is a better option I am missing between $600 and $700 by all means I would like to hear it.

The Leupold with mil-dot reticle. I've had them, I like the reticle, the 30mm tube, and slightly lower bottom end.
