Thank goodness for the doctors and technology to do these type surgeries but any more it seems like you are constantly hearing about somebody getting an infection. Kind of makes me wonder about all this disposable stuff they use anymore. Maybe should go back to boiling and disinffecting equipment and change the way things are cleaned. Also stopping so much waste.
Anyways, prayers for David.

Some time back, David was a member here. Though, I have not seen him post in a long time. I hope he makes it through this ordeal.

Over the many years, we've seen the loss of several of our old comp shooters and shooting pioneers, but that is what happens when you grow old.

from what i gathered his leg got infected and will be amputated................knee down iirc and not from hip down. i haven't heard anything about his kidneys

i watched a vid about loaded and compressed spring pressure between flat and coil wire he did which helped answer questions as i didn't have the equipment for testing. loaded flat wire (in battery) is very compelling and a better reason to use

Just came from shooting solutions and asked if there's been any updates about his condition? For now he's stable, but still critical.

I drive by his businesses everyday going into town and on my way home.

He had a knee replacement surgery. And it got infected, kidneys shut down ect.
