I receive a daily email summary ... I was looking to see if anyone else was experiencing the new feature of those emails that titles each snippet with the name of the forum it was posted and with a sub-title of the name of the forum it was posted in.

They used to use the OP's thread title for the title and the sub-title was the name of the forum. The old way seems better.
