I have but they dont let you use your own data they make one based on the bullets you shoot

Use their on-line order form. It allows for you to input your load data and everything else. I have done this already for my Z5. Good luck!
You can. Stick on label cut to fit your turret and mark it appropriately, then cover with tape for weatherproofing. Or just take the appropriate ballistic table (or app) and dial it. Depending of changes in weather, shots over 500-600 yards will deviate significantly and that's where you need to adapt on-the-fly.
