30 cal bullet test, cow femurs and newspaper part 1 - 24hourcampfire



Good thread showing point blank impact through cow femurs wrapped in muscle into soaked newspaper. To simulated worst case scenario. 300otm, 210 vld, 208 amax, 155 scenar and several normal bullets also. Thread is quite long and part 2,3 and 4 are further down.

Would like to see 230, 215 berger as well as the new 210 accubond in the same test.

That's a great thread.

Interestingly enough, the Barnes bullets tended to have their petals blow off more so than the G-max or E-tips. But then again, he tested more Barnes mono's than either of the other 2.
