Not sure if this is the right place to post, but it seemed to fit here the best. Sharing our recent experience with Cannon Safes on accouple forms I visit.
Long story short, last week my wife's step dad passed. We were missing the code to one of his Cannon Safes. After two short phone conversations and after us providing some proof of ownership, Cannon provided us a master key code to access the safe. Yes, I know most safe companies provide this service. But what impressed me, was that most of this transpired after 4:00 pm on a Friday. They actually sent us the master key round 9:00pm Friday evening, which completely surprised us. I like companies that provide great customer service as Cannon provided us and just wanted to pass on our experience with them.
The customer service rep actually seemed like he wanted to help and based on his actions, I would say he was sincere. Something you don't see much these days. It was actually a good ending to a rough week.
