can i use 6-284win go gauge for 6.5-284 norma?

Hey guys,

Thanks for the help all ready. I am wanting to change the barrel on my savage to a 6.5-284norma. The have a set of 6-284win go no go gauges. I didn't know if since they are both based off 284 I could use them. also I didn't know if one being norma and one Winchester would that make a difference.
