I'm looking at purchasing some quality camo for Wisconsin whitetail hunting from September through December. What companies make quality stuff? I like Kuiu but from reading its not built for sitting in a stand. I like Sitka but have sticker shock with $600 for one of the jackets.

I'm thinking it's rifle season your hunting?, Wisconsin requires 50% of above the waist to be flourecent orange or pink, save your money on the high dollar outfit your going to have to cover up anyway and go with a good base layer (under amour, etc) or as Kycarl stated, something along the lines of layers you can add to if you get to Dec and haven't tagged out yet, for deer supposedly being colorblind Bill Jordan and company sure have done well off of us on the concept of "camouflage"

IWOM is the best piece of gear I bought for late season stand/ blind hunting. Other than that I use cabelas Berber fleece.
