Cabela's/Vortex Intrepid Spotting Scope Thoughts?

I am thinking about getting the Intrepid spotting scope and was wanting people opinion on them. I can not find much on them online. This is my first spotting scope. I will be using it maybe 5-7 times a year. The one thing I am not sure if it is a big deal or not is that it does not have the fine focus knob as well as a regular focus knob, is it needed to have it. I will be shooting a rifle to about 750 yards on steel targets (painted white with orange dots) with other people and watching to see about where they hit, also will use for glassing for animals.
