Bushnell 8x36 Yardage Pro Quest Laser Rangefinding Binoculars

Hi
I´m from sweden and have a m8 who travells to the US time to time.
Rangefinders are so much cheaper in US then in sweden.
So i will prolly let him buy them /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif.
The problem is i cant really test them before buying so i will be happy if someone could give me an advice.
I´m thinking of buying Bushnell 8x36 Yardage Pro Quest Laser Rangefinding Binoculars.
Have anybody tried these?
Are they any good?

I have only tried them outside at a store. They were nearly twice as bright as the Leupold and Burris similiar models. The numbers were easy to read but that is as much as I can tell you.
