Bullet Coating

The other day I shot a few rounds in several rifles that were left over from loading for last years deer season. None of them shot any where near as good as when they were loaded. I had horrible verticle on all of them. I took a few of the bullets back and seated them a tad deeper and sure enough almost all of them took allot of force to seat and there was a pop when they moved. Is there any bullet coating that will reduce the bonding that happens when bullets set up for a while after loading. I don't have this happen in my target loads because they don't stay in the neck long but this would be good for my hunting guns which make up 90% of my gun safe.
