Brass that's NEVER cleaned

As a casual hunter/reloader, I never use to clean my brass except the primer pockets. I picked up a sonic cleaner to make sure my annealing process was done accurately. If you don't plan to anneal your brass, then I wouldn't bother. Makes no difference in hunting accuracy that I can tell. I don't weight sort brass or shoot Lapua either. If you have time and money, shiny brass always looks and feels better. Biggest benefit in sonic cleaning I think is that it gets the primer pockets perfectly clean!

I'm with fearnowind on this one I like to inspect my case for cracks, rings above the case head etc.a case head separation can ruin more than ur hunt
