Bore Cleaning Compound ??

I've finally finished my can of JB bore cleaning compound. I use it periodically (not regularly) to maintain a clean bore and to remove stubborn carbon deposits.

With new cleaning agents coming out all the time I'm curious to know if there are better compounds out there. Is Isso or anything else a better substitute?
