Booking a canadian whitetail hunt........

Hey Guys, I am wanting to do a guided hunt. Canadian whitetails really intrigue me. Does anyone have advice on an outfitter in AL or Sask?
After guiding deer, elk & moose hunters for several years in Utah, I want to see it from the other side & just maybe knock down a nice whitetail!

I have some friends in Quebec. Each year they knock down some big body deer, just under 200 lbs. But rarely are any more than fork horns. They are more meat hunters, but spend a lot of time in the field. They never have indicated seeing any large bucks.
