Best Thermal for Varmint and small game

Good day all,

I am in the market for a decent thermal for controlling some Varmints and pest around the place.
I would like to hear from people with a real in the field experiences.

Get bitten by a vampire. And don't need Thermal
We use FLIR Scout III for detection and then NV Scope.
Anyway you look at it there are dozens of posts on this topic.
If you just get a thermal you need to keep the rifle to your shoulder and your eye to the scope. Very tireing and no fun.

I have a thermal scanner for detection
Then I switch to my night vision optic currently.

Sometimes it's hard to find the critter unless they are moving then you scan right pass it

Annoying to say the least
