Best budget spotting scope?

I'm going to be shooting some highpower, so I'll need a nice spotting scope that I can look through for a long time. Unfortunately, a $2000 scope is way out of the budget. Is there anything respectable for $500 or less? If not, what is the minimum "good" spotter?

I just picked up a Bushnell Elite 20-60X80 for ~$500. Seems to be a very nice scope for the money.
