Just thought I would share my results with the 87grain Berger VLD Hunting Bullets. I was shooting these out of my Howa 1500 .243 that has a 22" 1:10" standard barrel. I ended up with:
87 grain VLD's seated to lands
47 grains of H1000
WLRM Primers
Remington Brass
Don't mind the one hole that is an inch high on this first picture. I had 1 moa dialed into the scope by accident. This is a 6 shot group that I am pretty pleased with.
This next target was at 500 yards. I was pretty happy with it as well. Mind you, WLRM primers and H1000 are the only materials I have to work with right now. I'm still trying to get my hands on some H4350. Hopefuly I'll get even better results.
