Beltless 30 Newton

I was gifted a bagful of unfired 30 Newton brass, now deciding what to do with them. If I could find a reamer, without waiting 4 to 6 months for new one, I might chamber a barrel.

If you have any experience loading for this cartridge, please chime in. Another possibility is the necked down 7mm version.

Too bad I didn't see this two months ago. I just recycled about 120 30 Newton brass that I got in an estate sale. No one wanted them. Based on cartridge design I think Newton was way ahead of his time.

Somewhere around that time I believe. I don't think the powders were up to the task to maximize the cartridge at that time. It's basically equivalent to a 300 win mag in capacity.

I like it... though I have the 300WMs, this is kind of a novelty.
