base and rings 270 wsm Browning

Thank for your suggestions on the scope.. I went with a Vortex Viper 4x16x50 FFP Moa which is 30 mm Im sorry I should know that you know your scopes size's. But I'm putting the new scope on an Browning A-bolt 270 Wsm White gold medallion. (Octagon). I Would like to tinker with some long range shooting / hunting. I would like to know what rings and base and if I should get a 20 moa base. Right now I am using a Nikon Monarch 3x12 with a DTZ Game Reaper Mount. Which I do like. I would like to stay under 100 dollars. This scope will be going on to a future rifle in a 300 Mag? Still not sure which WSM or Ultra Remington or Savage for long range hunting. Thanks gun)
