Barrel ?

What would be involved in having a .300 SAUM barrel changed to a .300 WSM? Is it possible using the same barrel? I have a 700 LTR and would like to use the same barrel that came on the gun. The gun is currently at IBA now. Just wondering before asking them. Thanks!

I'm not a smith but by looking at the specifications for each the WSM is longer, larger at the base of the body, and larger at the top of the body. I think it would probably be a piece of cake. I'm sure one of the smiths here will chime in.
