I was in local fishing store and as I walked through their ice fishing section noticed cases for storing ice rods. Light bulb! Why not use for barrels? Encore or Contender barrels? Shotgun barrels? I think it will work great! Dimensions on label.

Might have to give that a try. Grab a big oversized desiccant bag and should be good to go!

This case was $45 and I bet can hold 9 barrels easily. Encore and Contender barrels with scopes easily. Nothing better than repurposing!!!

I'm going to need more than one for my encore barrels. I fabricated a racks inside my safe where barrels are hung on horizontal dowels through the hinge pin hole.

I know I'm late to chime in but just saw the thread. This is how I store mine. The end where the chamber is can be adjusted for shorter barrels and the box works for me to transport also when I'm off hunting and want to take an additional caliber
