Badlands BD-2 load data

There are several powders you can use such as H50, 24N41,N570, RlL33, N568, Retumbo The latter two are best in shorter barrels (30-34").
I've got everything except for RL33. Haven't seen that in years and judging by the $580 8lb jug of RL16 at the local shop, I think I'll just try what I have. 😂

My barrel is 30".

Starting with 120gn's of Retumbo for the 390gn SBD2's.

Does someone with QL want to do me a huge favor and run the numbers on the 308 running Leverevolution in a 150 mono. The speeds I'm seeing posted are on the edge of too good to be true at safe pressures. There's not seeing pressure signs and then there's not having pressure. Finding where that load hits 62k would be appreciated. There's no data on LVR in 308 from a pressure testing barrel and I'm not trying to stand on my load and wear my brass out prematurely to squeeze out speed that I don't need. At the same time there's no point leaving extra performance on the table. Thanks!!

I can run all the numbers in GRT if you can PM me all your load and rifle details.

First post. New into reloading. Thanks everyone for posting info here.
I wanted to share my in-progress 150 BD2 load development in 7PRC as there doesnt seem to be much info out there yet in this combination.

Rifle: Seekins Havak Element 22" bbl 7PRC, Dead Air Nomad Ti
~250 rounds factory Hornady ELDX/ELDM/Cx down the barrel for break in and to fire form brass.
Factory 175 ELDX was 0.3 to 0.4 MOA at 300 yds. 2800 fps Average Velocity.
Factory 180 ELDM was similar accuracy. Factory 160 Cx copper was terrible, nearly 2.5 MOA!

Coarse powder testing with H1000, Hornday once shot brass, Fed 215 primers, and 150gr BD2s revealed light ejector marks at 68.5 grains.
The coarse powder testing rounds were 0.020 off the lands per Badlands recommendations.
I settled at 68.0 grains, ~3000 fps, 3 shot ES 8.9 fps to experiment with seating depth.

I tested seating depths between 10 and 100 thou off the lands, and got my smallest groups at 50 and 100 thou off (68.0 grn H1000).
I then loaded up 3 rounds each at 47, 50, and 53 thou off the lands.

I shot the three rounds at 47 thou and got a .30 MOA group at 200 yds, average velocity 3070 fps, ES 20.
While waiting for the barrel/can to cool before the next string, I notice a hairline crack on a weld on the Nomad Ti....
Can is currently send back for repair (hopefully) so Ill be taking a break in fine tuning this load.

I'll report back with the final load specs when I get my can back.
In the meantime, I figured to share this preliminary data and load recipe with the hope that I can help someone else save on components.

My order just arrived for the 125's going to give a try this weekend. I was not getting the speed I liked from the 135's even though they grouped well across the powder charge range I was testing.

I did try the 135's but with my short action I was not able to load them long enough to make them worthwhile, had to jump them way too much the groupings were terrible. RL26 is the ticket if you want velocity, can't remember exactly what speeds I was seeing at max but they were in the 31-3200 fps range.
