Well to start out I will just say that I love this country ,the second amendment ,and I'm a man of principle . therefore I cannot tolerate censorship! I've already left one forum I've been on for seven years . it doesn't look good for my future here as well . maybe I went to the extremes on comments about several things but these were subjects that I believe in very strongly or I felt someone was done wrong! another member is being told (warned)to let it go or he will be banned he is a friend and a good man, and he has been scammed for well over $500 with basically no recourse to the scammer! this only encourages the same behavior on this site !I ask everyone to read the link that I'm about to post it is from the Epoch Times ,so not my words I just agree with them !we'll see how long this post stays up and how long my future with LRH ends up being ,thank you to all my friends here. https://www.theepochtimes.com/communist-tactics-to-force-self-censorship-sweep-america_3724784.html

I'd sure hate to see you leave this forum Bill. You've always been IMO a stand up guy here. I do agree that the cancel/censor is the easy button for too much nowadays. One thing I'll tell you and what I've personally tried to live by, a person HAS to stand up for their principles, it's really all we have as individuals. Never apologize for being a patriot and believing in the Constitution and ALL that it stands for. As to the question you pose, imo no, we are not really as free as we used to or should be as our forefathers intended. Keep your chin up and your faith!

This kind of sums up my thoughts on the matter;
I agree with @74honker, would not be good to see you leave. Guys like you need to stay on this forum. That's what keeps it honest and others like myself engaged. I've tried other forums but never stuck with them. Too much garbage on them. Upstanding guys like yourself make LRH what it is. Don't let a few ruin it. I was busy all weekend and didn't catch what happened in regards to the scammer.

Two classified users had a big dispute over who was responsible for insurance or no insurance on a shipment.
A FEEDBACK thread got way out of hand. I deleted the thread.
Unfortunately the seller's rep was ruined on this site, rightly or wrongly. I am not a judge.
The seller asked me to delete his account. I just did that.
Now this thread was started.
I intend for this matter to be over as there is no really good way out of it.
If being free means that some can continue on this subject, then no you're not free.
All sites have rules and I make the rules on this site in the best manner I can. I am not perfect. Life is not perfect. But this matter involving the unfortunate transaction is over.
