Ar10

use the same lower manufacture as the upper (so it lines up and looks pretty). Also get an high pressure bolt even with 308 saves the brass.

I don't know what your AR experience level is or your budget but Aero Precision enhanced upper/lower is great.

Aero is pretty good for the price point, the black nitraid bolt is an HP bolt. Whatever you do, if buy pieces from different manufacturers, check headspace.

I used a nickle boron coated DPMS bolt and a Rainier Arms 308. 20' match barrel for my build.

I second Aero, a good company as is Palmetto State Armory, i think Palmetto customer support is a little harder to work with if you have problem with there parts, i think Aero has better customer support and a little better quality. Stag good Quality, very slow shipping .

Wanting to build a ar10 which upper and lower should I use?

It depends on whether you just want something to go bang or you want to be able to shoot targets with a greater degree of accuracy and then possibly hunt.

There is no guarantee that even with the best top tier parts that your rifle will shoot accurately. Basically, it takes some significant experience to machine and assemble an accurate AR10 platform. Under any other circumstances, it's just a parts gun and any of the major manufacturer's parts will do.

genuine ArmaLite lower receiver, flat top upper receiver and all the parts needed in every rifle, from the barrel nut threads to the lower receiver extension
