Stop as in a "catch". Catch as when the mag is empty, pushes up on the catch to hold the bcg open?

You should research the specific model you are looking for; there aren't as many "standards" on the AR10 platform. PSA bolt catch/stop is proprietary and different from the others for example.

I have an Aero lower, they're out of stock. So looking for help to find one

lots of standard bolt catches work, but enhanced type might not! For the 1's I use on Aero's are strike industries, magpul, B.A.D, Aero, seekins and many other will work.

Only place I found an AR-10 was Andersen.
Strike had '15 parts but not'10 s.

Primary Arms does have them for ar10 in stock, but not sure what your flavor is? I ordered a Strike Industries and a B.A.D catch (not the lever).

If it was me, the Aero LPK for the M5E1 is the best option, gives you extra parts and by the time you ship, the $25 savings is a wash because you will have an oops and that spring you let fly makes it worth having on hand.
