Aoudad ewe hunting 6mm questions

Hey guys, im going to try my luck at thinning out the aoudad ewes we have. I currently have been using my 308 at 200 yards and it works great. Wanting to use my 20" 6bra with some 105 vldh or 108 eldm for my wife to carry around. I hear way to many stories about which bullet works better etc. What bullets do you like?

Vldh all the way to 750 yards . Pass through on ewes. Easy button

108eldM always expands and Auadad are narrow critters, especially ewes in the chest. Not a lot of penetration distance for bullets to expand. I'm going EldM all the way on this one.

Ps killed a pile of them this year, I know they work well!

My buddy dropped an Aoudad ewe with an 18" 6creed a few months ago using 105berger hvld at 650yards

I have a few now with a 6 ARC, seems to do good. 108 ELD-M..I really like my 22 creedmoor with 88ELDs...seems to turn the lights out fast...good luck on thinning...these **** Aoudad seem to do better the hotter and drier it is

Didnt quite get the ewe i was after but the 7mm Saw 162gr eldm did some work on this small ram at 100 yards. Will try for ewes as hunting season goes on.

I shot a ewe last February with my 7-08ai and a 140gr absolute hammer at 3003fps. Only about 80 yards but it absolutely crushed her and I wouldn't hesitate to try any variety of 6mm. I was planning on having my daughter try for a ewe this year with her 6mm ARC and a 103gr eld-x.
