thats right Chris they are coated with something like that I belive its some sort of TFE product cause I tumbled some and it diden't seem to plate the bullets like it does naked copper , even when I rubbed some of the Lubox off the moly diden't coat the bare spot like the Teflon has gotten into the copper and wasen't letting the moly in.
