I really don't think it's "play dirty" if you have the money and are there in my book finders keepers .

I guess I kinda feel that way.......to a degree. Whether they get paid from one guy for 8 cans or 8 different guys for one can a piece......what's the difference?

Agreed. Especially when they would've gladly sold me one 8 lb keg of something else. Just one more thing to add to a steadily (and quickly) growing list of things that do not make any sense these days.

Been a month or so but was in a place that was rationing small pistol primers at like 200/customer. Why bother lol. You are correct in the growing list of crazy these days.

My local gun store was rationing some ammunition and primers I didn't need small rifle primers so that was not a problem I have ammo for everything I own except for one caliber which is for a pocket pistol they sold me two boxes when it said on the sign one per customer so they were a little flexible if no one else is in there at least ask

I found H1000 online and it was limited to 2 lbs per customer. Everything else was available with no limit. I ordered 2 and had a friend order 2. Same lot.

I was the ONLY one in the store at the time yesterday. Those guys know me....

It's hard NOT to make this about that particular store, but I know for a fact that wouldn't have happened at the other shop here. The other shop is having trouble getting inventory from his suppliers right now and his shelves are somewhat empty......for the time being.

Well when their shelves get restocked you need to deal exclusively with them and if you ever go in the first shop let them know why they haven't seen you lately

Just when you thought you'd seen it all.

Local shops here have a limit of 200 (2 boxes ) of primers right now. Who buys less than a brick, unless just wanting to test it with an existing load?

Yeah, that left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. They had the inventory, but essentially turned me away. They KNOW you can't do much of anything with only 1# of powder.
