Any advice on fitting flush cups?

Hi,
I'm thinking of fitting flushcups to my McMillan stock before I Duracoat.
I have read a couple of tutorials on fitting them but have also been warned not to bother buy two people.
So I'm not sure weather to risk it particularly as I have a new Kahles scope that cost asmall fortune.

My plan was to Devcon them in the stock at same time as bedding.
What are people thoughts?
JB Weld or Devcon?
Or just leave well alone?

If installed properly with a high psi epoxy or bedding compound such as Devcon or LocTite, you will not have any issues.
Stay away from the 5 min epoxy as the tensile strength is much lower than the longer cure stuff.

What size do you drill the stock out?
If it was wood I would drill a tight hole so the thread on the cups could bite into the wood a little but I'm wondering with the brittle fiberglass if i should drill a mill larger and use the epoxy to bed the cup as you would when installing action pullers?

All my drill are in mills so will try to find the conversation.

I drill and tap the hole so the insert threads in then on final install I use MarineTex Gray to glue them in.

I am off the opinion JB Weld has no application in firearms.

I put them in at the weekend with a drop of Devcon and very please with how it went.
