I have been browsing this site for some days now and it seems to me that the swaro rangefinder is the way to go. BUT...
I am on a budget (of course) and would like something within the $200-300 range. I am an avid hunter and don't need to be shooting over 1,000 yrds so what is a reliable rangefinder that will clock up to 800-900 yards??
Preferably someone who has used a rangefinder with these capabilities. I've "Heard" many rangefinders can clock that far but my leupold RX-II has only hit 590. Any advice? rangefinders?
I'm new, anything is helpful.
